Can you really get high visitor volume to your blog and/or website quickly and for free? I say, “Yes you can!” All you need is a little organisation to set up a simple system for yourself and the time and determination to implement this step by step daily. How much time? An hour a day will do just fine: two or three if you can spare it will grow your business even faster. But regular step by step application is the key so one hour a day is good!
What must you do? Ensure the blog or website you wish to build massive traffic to is properly niched. That is, it needs to be about one relatively narrow subject area. Internet marketing itself is a niche, but rather too broad to be easily covered in full by any one blog or website, so take a look at your content and your aims and narrow your niche subject to a comfortable zone! Let’s say I narrow a blog on internet marketing down to blog marketing. So I am only providing content of interest to bloggers who require tips and tools for building more readership of their blog.
Blog marketing. This is a great example of a narrowed down niche. Broad enough to have a lot of scope for content, links, joint ventures but narrow enough to have specific relevance to a particular group of people: bloggers. Perhaps your dogs blog could be narrowed down to dog training, dog beds, dog toys, dog collars, dog nutrition? Think it through and develop long-tailed keyword phrases you believe will have powerful effect for you in the search engine rankings.
I might opt for “blog marketing traffic strategies” whilst you may be looking at “dog behaviour habits correction” choose three or four word long-tail keyword phrases you want to focus on for best effect. Now focus on posting content on your blog or website pages which contains these keywords as often as grammatically possible! Include the phrase in your article or post title: work your title and content around the long-tail phrase you are focusing on.
Go to similar blogs in your field, your niche and comment on their posts and include a link back to your URL. Be bold! Become an authority figure with quality valid opinions and solutions to offer. Email blog owners to offer ad swaps or post swaps. Interact.
Join as many web 2.0 sites as you can (you can find out about these by doing a search on web 2.0 or social bookmark sites). Interact your content and the content of other blogs you have commented on to these social bookmarking websites.
Write some articles like this about your niche subject, again including your keywords wherever possible. Load these ten at a time to EzineArticles or a similar article site. This is key content which will fly around the internet and lead quickly back to your website or niche blog!
Find forums on your niche blog subject by searching for relevant keywords and ‘forum’ and leave your URL there with your threads too. You can use craigslist and squidoo for this type of social marketing also. Build up a pattern of posting and commenting daily and implement these techniques day by day to get your head above the crowd.
Because if there is one thing few people online do, it is to have a step by step system approach and to implement it daily. So you will be one of the few. Having any aims at all is better than none. You may not know where you want to be a year from now, but knowing you want to be somewhere else is the start! So step out, find forums, blogs, websites in your niche and interact and then social bookmark everything. Because what then happens is, you create a great deal of cross referencing for yourself and the wires start humming with your tune! All the well known internet names had to start somewhere, so get started today.
Implement a few tactics day by day and you will build a mighty empire in time. Shove your URL in everywhere and it will not be long before the search engines start ranking you and people the world over start noticing you. And you know what that means? It means high volume visitor traffic back to your URL on a daily basis. And what you do with that is another business success story of your own making! May I wish you every success!
